One gym, a class for every age and goal
Our martial arts classes in La Habra are built for real people with busy weeks. Some students walk in to get fit. Some want self-defense skills. Parents bring kids who need confidence, focus or a healthy outlet for energy. All of them train in the same welcoming gym at 1403 E Lambert Rd, Suite O, with coaches who have professional fight experience and years of teaching behind them.
We teach three core disciplines. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling art that rewards technique and patience. Muay Thai, the art of eight limbs, uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Boxing sharpens footwork, timing and punching skill. Classes are split by age and level, so a nervous beginner is never thrown in with a competitor.
Every new student can try a class before committing. If you are unsure which one fits, start with the free trial week, train in more than one style, then talk with a coach about your goals.

Match your goal
Which martial arts class fits what you want?
- Get fit
Try Muay Thai or boxing
Pad work, bag rounds and conditioning raise your heart rate fast. The CDC recommends adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week plus muscle-strengthening work, and two or three classes a week can cover a large share of that.
- Learn self-defense
Start with Jiu Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu teaches you to control a bigger or stronger person without needing to strike. It is the base of modern mixed martial arts and a smart first choice for practical self-defense.
- Build confidence
Any class, any age
Confidence comes from showing up, trying hard things and getting a little better each week. Our coaches set small goals so progress is visible, whether you are 6 or 46.
- Relieve stress
Muay Thai or Jiu Jitsu
Exercise is a proven way to manage stress, and a hard class leaves little room to think about work. Mayo Clinic notes that physical activity can ease tension and improve sleep.
- Raise a focused kid
Kids Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai
Structure, respect and clear rules help children listen and stay on task. Our coaches pair every drill with a lesson in effort and good sportsmanship.
